Shoutykid Book Review and Giveaway

I was recently sent the newest kids book from Harper Collins, the title of the book, Shoutykid. Now it wasn't actually myself that read this book, seen as it is aimed at children, I left it up to my eldest daughter, Elise to read and review. We were told to be ready to meet the funniest kid in fiction and I could tell just from reading the blurb that Elise was going to enjoy this book :

"Hi there,
My name is Harry Riddles and I am ten years old which my mum says is too young to have problems
shoutykid
but she is WRONG. My dad just lost his job, which means we might have to move house and I need money to make my mega zombie movie but there is NO WAY I will sell my X-box!! I've writen to the Queen, Harry Styles and the people off Dragons' Den who might be able to help but I don't know if they'll write back. If you have any bright ideas for making money I'd love to hear them and I can te;; you how to get past level 6 on World Of Zombies if you like
Good luck and fun
Harry Riddles"

The book is aimed at kids around the age of 8 years old and above and the way it is written makes it easy for a child to put down and easily pick up again where they left off but I'll leave it up to Elise to tell you just how good the book is :

Shoutykid is a humurous and great story.

I was laughing out loud when I read that he wrote to Harry Styles for a girl he fancies. In the book he writes a lot to his cousin Charlie.

The pictures in the book were so funny!!!

My favourite part of the story was when Harry wrote this :

"Dear Harry Winston
Thank you for sending me your ultimate bridal collection. Which BTW looks really great but might be jumping the gun a bit. We haven't even started dating yet so maybe you could send it to me again in like 20 years"

So hilarious!!

The story was easy to read, so good for lots of children to read and I liked that in the end, Harry Riddles lives happily ever after.

And if that wasn't enough to get you interested, take a look at the fab book trailer here.
