Read With Me 2016 #28

Hello and welcome to this weeks Read With Me. A big thank you as always to those of you that came and linked up last week. Whilst the husband was distracted with Call of Duty in the evenings I managed to fit in a couple of books last week.

The first was one I'd had on my TBR list a while and when it came up free on kindle I was click to one click. Ten by Ker Dukey definitely didn't disappoint, again not everyones cup of tea because of the sex scenes but it was filled with plenty of drama and a decent story line too.

The other novel that I enjoyed was Broken by Nicola Haken. Again this did contain a lot of sex scenes but what made it different from others that it was a gay relationship, two males and I think this is something we should see more of. Not only that this story also focused on depression, in particular bipolar and it made for a very emotional read.

My favourite post from last week came from Acorn books with their review of the children's book Chicken Man. A unique book that could in fact teach some adults a thing or two as well as the kids reading.

On to this weeks link up, if you are new here please do check out the Read With Me page to see what it's all about. Regulars get linking (max of 2 posts/videos), commenting and hopefully displaying my badge.

Happy reading.
