Earlier this year I blogged about one of my favourite recipes,
peanut butter mug cake. There are so many variations of the mug cake, it is such a simple pudding to make, perfect for that naughty but nice treat when something sweet is needed in a hurry.
After having a little experiment, I have come up with another tasty alternative version, the rocky road mug cake.
WARNING, one cake might not be enough!!
