Buyakilt Tartan Scarf Review and Giveaway

Some of you, like me, may not be as up to date on the latest fashion trends. Buyakilt kindly informed me that tartan print is currently very fashionable, lucky I kept that tartan skirt from way back when ;) I was asked whether I would to choose a scarf of theirs to review, with the cold whether well and truely here, I was more than happy to accept.

With over 150 scarves to choose from, there are lots of checkered designs in many different colours, there is a combination there for anyone!! Every tartan scarf has it's own Scottish clan name, you may even find your own if you have Scottish roots.

I was sent the Heritage of Scotland tartan scarf :

Made of 100% wool, it is really soft to the touch. Measuring approximately 60"x 12", quite wide so you could even fold it in half to make it extra snuggly and warm.

Two of my favourite colours, lovely blues and purples mixed together and with added fringes at each end it really is lovely to look at.

Each tartan scarf retails at just £11.88, a great price in my opinion. As you can see from the picture above, against a black coat, it adds just a pop of colour, it was extremely comfortable to wear and not too long. I was also surprised because being made from wool I was expecting it to itch atleast a little but it didn't at all!!
