Making a Simple Father's Day Card

Quick reminder, Father's day is this Sunday, the 15th of June. If you haven't managed to buy anything yet or if funds are running low, here is a simple idea for a Father's day card that you and your kids can do together.

You will need :

A4 plain paper

Scissors

Ruler

Pencil

Colouring Pencils

1. Fold an A4 piece of plain paper in half.

2. With your ruler measure along the top of your card and mark where the centre is. Cut down about 2.5cm.

3. Fold down each side, creating what looks like a collar.

4. Draw on a tie, whatever size or shape that you want.

5. Colour in the tie, it can be bright and quirky, patterned or plain, whatever you fancy. I've written happy father's day on the front but you can write any message that you like.

And there we have it, a simple Father's day card.
