Read With Me #17

Hey lovely readers. Welcome to this weeks Read With Me. So half term and the sunny weather combined meant that I didn't get round to reading an awful lots last week.

read with me
The one book that I did read and absolutely fell in love with was Here's To Falling by Christine Zolendz.

This is an emotional story which mixes love with other difficult subjects including drugs and rape.

I will admit to shedding a few tears reading part of it and I'd highly recommed others reading it too.

My favourite post which was linked up last week comes from Yet Another Blogging Mummy.

The review of children's book, The Bigfoot Escape was great and especially loved the added drawing from her son.

Now onto the link up…

If you are new to Read With Me take a look here at what it's all about. Regular? Get linking, commenting and hopefully displaying my badge. Please don't link up more than two posts as we want to give everyone a chance to get some post love.

Happy reading.

  1. I'd love to find the time to read a grown up book! I have had to make do with children's books for now but the girls enjoyed them. :)

  2. I love reading books to my children, but never manage to find the time to read my own books. I have so many unread ones.

  3. Hi Chantelle,
Thanks for the fun book party. Wishing you a wonderful day and week!

  4. Love this link, thanks for hosting! Although my nightstand is slowing having my books pushed to the side in favor of Goodnight Moon and any Sandra Boynton book, I'm not giving up without a fight, lol!

  5. Glad you are having sunny weather there. So happy to share here and visit others too.

I love hearing from my readers so please feel free to leave comment.
