These are always great when you want to introduce a bit more interaction with books instead of simply reading them.

This beautifully illustrated picture book with intricate peek-through pages and rhyming text is perfect for bedtime reading.
What draws me to this book is the illustrations, they look like they've been sketched on the pages.
