Project 365 2015 Week 52

These past couple of weeks have been a whirl wind. We've been so busy with Christmas, visiting family and generally having a good time, I'm honestly shocked that we've reached the last day of the year!! Because I didn't post a project 365 update last week, this is a rather long one….

Finally the kids have broken up from school ready for the Christmas holidays and the countdown is really on for when the man in red will arrive. Just think next time I pop up my project 365 update Christmas Day will have been and gone!

Week 50 of this years project 365, how did that happen? Well the count down to Christmas is well underway and we've been very busy with various school things, including going to see our local pantomime at The Marlowe Theatre, which was fantastic.

Gracie lost her second tooth, so she'll be asking for those front teeth for Christmas.

I can't believe we've reached December, I feel like a broken record but seriously how fast has this year gone by!

This is a busy month for me, not just because of Christmas but the school seem to want to squeeze so much in to a couple of weeks, I'm not the best at remembering things normally so making sure the kids attend nativities, discos etc is tough.

December is nearly here and my eldest daughters birthday is quickly approaching too so this week has been all about present buying and lots of wrapping.

Wow one week closer to Christmas and just over a week until my eldest turns 10. I've managed to finish my Christmas shopping this week and I have even started wrapping. But again my organisation didn't spread to project 365 so my photos are a bit rubbish, don't say I didn't warn you..

The weeks seem to be blending into one recently, everything is flying by so fast. Christmas is coming round quickly and big moments are creeping up. For example this week I applied for Layla's primary school place, it just doesn't seem possible! As for project 365 photos, they seem to be more indoor than out recently….

Day 312

My little brother was back for a visit and the girls were more than a tad excited, he didn't get a moments peace, roll on December when he is back for Christmas.

I can't believe we're already in November. I say it all the time but this year has flown by, and this means I have almost finshed another year of project 365, my third one!!

Day 305

Sunday saw my first run of the month and I managed 5k which I think is the furthest I've run this year.

Week two of half term is almost at an end and I have to say it has been a busy one. What with the clocks going back and sleep being disturbed, the girls and I have had plenty of fun, including some spooky Halloween antics, queue the photos for this weeks project 365.

It's been a strange week for us. Whilst Layla continued to go to Playschool, her sisters had already started their half term. Very odd to have only 3 out of 4 kids around the house.

Weather has typically been horrid so we've been stuck in a lot but we made the best of it as you'll see by our photos this week.

All dressed up and nowhere to go ;) we were I fact off out to start buying timber for building a stud wall in Freya's bedroom.

Project 365 2015 Week 42

Another week done and now my girls are officially on half term as their school puts the training days all into one week so they get 2 weeks off in October, whoop. I know introduce to you this weeks project 365 offering.

This week hasn't been the best. Layla caught the sickness bug at the weekend and kindly passed it onto me on Tuesday so another apology for rubbish photos for this weeks project 365.

This week has been a long one. Myself and the hubby have been full of cold so everything has dragged somewhat, not helped by the awful weather we've been having! So apologies for the not so great project 365 photos.

I knew last week was a fluke, being ready on time for school. This week has been back to rushing around, forgetting books and lunch boxes, back to normality lol. Project 365 hasn't been in the front of my mind and if I'm honest I've almost forgotten to take pictures and with the girls being back at school there seems to be a distinct lack of children in the photos!! But we plod on...

Day 249

It was my husband and I's 7th wedding anniversary and he did good, buying me a set of rings from Pandora.

Project 365 2015 Week 36

Well that's the Summer been and gone, not that it ever really arrived. September means that the girls have now gone back to school and Autumn has started to make an appearance, but to be honest I'm not complaining about the colder temperatures because I am looking forward to wearing some warmer clothes. Things have been a bit chaotic this week getting the kids prepared and back in routine so I've been a bit forgetful in my photo taking so I apologise in advance if my project 365 pictures seem a tad boring this week.

There was a pirate ship docked at the pier and visitors were allowed to board and look around.

We're nearing the end of the Summer holidays and the sun actually managed to shine for a couple of hours but the rain has meant lots of indoor photos for this weeks project 365 which I do apologise for.

A week of rain began, I love watching how well my kids can play by themselves, their imaginations are incredible.

Another mixed bag of a week for project 365, is it Summer or is it Autumn, the weather was so undecided and this made for an interesting week of finding things to do with the girls.

Third week of the Summer holidays and the bickering has started. If the kids pair off they seem to be ok, but put three or all four together then it appears I am asking for trouble. It doesn't help that the sun has disappeared this week meaning we've been stuck indoors for a lot of the time. And I have to admit project 365 wasn't at the front of my mind so the photos aren't the best…

A second week of the Summer holidays is almost over and it has flown by too quickly for my liking, just like this years project 365 seems to be. Trips to the park, dinners out, library visits and eye tests, ther hasn't been a day where we've sat down and done nothing but this is exactly how I want the holidays to be.

One week of the Summer holidays gone and I have to say we've been pretty busy with parties, birthdays, trips to the park and lots of creative play, the kids haven't had a chance to get bored.
