Beauty and the Beast Merchandise Review

It's not long now, March this year sees the release of Disney's live action version of Beauty and the Beast staring the lovely Emma Watson. In celebration of this there has of course been a lot of wonderful merchandise made.

The lovely people at the Disney Store UK have sent my girls a couple of items from the new product range to keep them occupied whilst we wait for the film to hit the big screen.

We were kindly sent the Beauty and the Beast Enchanting Ball Gown Belle doll and the Disney Store Belle Water Bottle, the only trouble we had was deciding who actually got to use them first. These are just a small offering out of a wide range of products available.

These include clothes, dressing up, books, jewellery and ornaments. I've got my eye on a gorgeous grey sweatshirt, might have to put that on my wish list for Mother's day.

The Beauty and the Beast Enchanting Ball Gown Belle is quite frankly stunning. With so much detail to not only her dress but the features on her face (she really does resemble Emma), it almost seemed a shame to take her out of the box and play with her as she is beyond beautiful.

She comes complete with a necklace, gold shoes and has posable arms. The shoes, necklace and dress are removable although I've been trying to persuade my lovely lot to keep her fully clothed. The dress has exquisite glittered embroidery with three layers to the dress to make it stand out, a ball gown fit for any princess.

My 7 year old has fallen in love with the water bottle. With stunning images all the way round, it really is quite pretty for a simple water bottle. It features a screw top lid, fold down straw and a handy carry handle.

It was quickly shown off around the school playground and is never far from her side. It isn't the smallest of bottles but is certainly encourage my daughter to drink more water! I personally want a chip tea cup to drink from.

Roll on the 17th of March when we can make a visit to the cinema to see the movie, I think I might actually be more excited than my children about this one!
