Exciting New Gift Books and Stationery From Tokidoki

Tokidoki is a company founded by designer Simone Legno and his partners Pooneh Mohajer and Ivan Arnold. Based in Los Angeles they have built up a unique line of apparel including handbags, cosmetics, accessories and so much more. Now their larger than life kawaii style characters have been bought to life on new gift books and stationery, some of which I have kindly been sent to review.

Being the huge stationery addict that I am, I'll admit that I was rather excited about the prospect of receiving new notebooks, a girl can never have to many of them, well that's what I tell my husband anyway. The designs over the products is bright, fun and captures all of the things that many of us have come to love recently including one of my favourite things, unicorns!!

So here is what's included in the range :

365 Days : My Inspired life

This is a journal of sorts, giving you prompts to write something new each day, these prompts include various questions and opportunities to write letters. What this book does is get a person's imagination working, it would make a great gift for aspiring writers.

Flexi Journals : Donutella, Mermicorno, Moofia, Unicorno

Each journal contains 192 pages of lined paper and each page includes some rather cute illustrations. My eldest has taken one and made it into her personal diary. They are also a great size for fitting in your handbag.

Cactus Journal 

Just like the flexi journals, this quirky notebook contains 192 pages of lined paper, the difference with this one is that it is a hardback version.

Coloring Book and Coloring Pad

Colouring, its quite therapuetic I'll have you know, especially when the pictures to colour in contain some utterly adorable images. The coloring pad contains 60 pages of coloring, each picture is one sided and can be torn out to give to someone else.

The coloring book is a travel worthy companion with 32 pictures to be coloured in, providing hours of entertainment.

Postcard Book

Now this I love. Included inside are 80 postcards with 40 different designs, half of the cards are ready to send and half need to be coloured in. My 7 year old has taken a shine to these as she wants to use them to send to her pen-pal.

Sketchbook

A hardcover spiral bound sketchbook that contains 120 blank pages, each page is perforated, this means you can tear out your designs with ease so any art work can be displayed. 

As you can see my children are already making good use of this one.

Origami Paper Pack

Funnily enough my younger . brother is quite the dab hand at origami and he's always trying to teach my kids how to do it. Inside this book it shows you how to do the folds and gives a demonstration on a couple of items as well. 

I'm waiting for my brothers next trip home to get him making some things for the girls, he makes a good fox.
