Getting Organised With BusyB

Last year I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of BusyB's ambassadors for the year ahead. As well as being gifted some wonderful stationery, it also means that I get to share what I think about them with all of you guys, you'll get to see their latest product collections and get a real insight into the 'oh so clever' features that they have to offer. This month it's time to get organised with their new and improved pretty range.

Included in this range are diaries to delight you, pens to keep writing those all important lists and of course plenty of accessories which will fit into anyone's busy lives and keep them on track for each month of the year. You'll find it hard to resist as there as some gorgeous pastel shades with hints of gold and beautiful floral patterns that give each item a very elegant look. Because lets be honest the stationery should be as stylish as its owner!

This month I was kindly sent: Mid Year Busy Life Diary, Mini Sticky Notes and Password Book

Mila & Pheebs June Stationery Box

In March this year I was able to review the fantastic Mila & Pheebs stationery subscription box. Filled with kids stationery (ok adults can use it too) and plenty of activities for entertainment, this is a sub box that we all genuinely loved so when I was asked if I'd like to review June's box as well, I couldn't say no now could I.

The theme of this box was Super Safari and what we found as we opened the box was a brightly coloured paper which held all sorts of surprises inside and these included:

Mila & Pheebs Subscription Box Review

I don't think that it is a secret that I am a huge stationery addict, I mean I currently have 4 planners on the go. Now this is another obsession (like my love of books), that I've kindly passed onto my children so when I was asked if I'd like to review one of Mila & Pheebs subscription boxes for kids stationery and activities I wasn't the only one jumping at the chance.

These fantastic boxes can be purchased on a monthly subscription for the low low price of £10 a month, on a 3 month subscription or on a 6 month subscription. Each month you receive your box, through the letter box I might add, no missed post and in them you will receive a brilliant mix of quirky stationery and activities to go alongside them all following a certain theme.

Unique Planner Review + Discount Code

unique-planners-life-planner-review

If you haven't gathered from some of my previous posts and the fact that I was an ambassador for National Stationery Week, let me tell you I am somewhat of a stationery addict. I find it hard to resist buying new notebooks, pens etc even when I've got plenty sitting at home. So when I was offered the chance to review one of Pirong's Unique Planners it was an instant yes from me.

Coconut Lane Stationery Haul

coconut-lane-stationery-haul

Scrolling through Instagram recently I came across a relatively new company, Coconut Lane. Launching in October last year, their aim is to put a bit of sass and fun into some unique home and fashion accessories. Stocking all sorts of extremely cute items, from stationery (my addiction) to things like phone cases, jewellery and their more recently launched Lux range.

I recently applied to be part of their blogger programme and I'm pleased to now be able to call myself a #CoconutQueen. This means when I purchase items from their site I do receive them at a discounted rate but it also means that I get to share with you guys what I'm buying and I have a feeling I will be buying a lot over the coming months!

Keep Kids Writing

keep-kids-writing

National Stationery Week is coming to an end, but that doesn't mean that we have to put down our pens. I was talking about why writing matters to me last week and of course writing isn't exclusive to adults, in a world filled with technology I believe we need to keep kids writing too.

Why Putting Pen To Paper Matters

putting-pen-to-paper-matters

National Stationery Week is fast approaching an as a NatStatWeek blogger I thought it was appropriate that I write a post on this years theme, why writing matters and not typing like I'm doing to produce this post, no I mean putting pen to paper.

Smiggle Stationery Review

smiggle stationery

Last year I had the privilege of working with Smiggle, a company that both my girls and I absolutely love, so when  I was asked if I would like to review a variety of some of their newer ranges I may have squealed a little and I wasn't expecting the delivery that we received.

Smiggle Advent Calendar Review

It isn't often that I squeel with excitement, however this is exaclty what I did when I was asked whether I would like to work with Smiggle on a review, more precisely I would be getting to review their 2015 advent calendar. They must have sensed that I had been trying to persuade the hubby to buy me one!!

The Happy Paper Club Makes Me Happy

I've always been a big fan of stationery. When I was younger I wrote diaries and loved collecting different ones along with different pens to write with too. I've always preferred putting pen to paper and this hasn't changed since I've got older.

I wrote recently about beginning to write letters more often and this got me back into buying stationery and this is when I happened upon The Green Gables and further more their Happy Paper Club.

The Happy Paper Club is a monthly stationery subscription box that delivers items all to do with paper and stationery straight through your letter box.

Bring Letter Writing Back To Life

The internet has been a great invention, this I can't deny but sometimes I think the online world has taken over. Everything seems to be digitally done. Cards have become e-cards, less 'real' books bought,  I mean I love my kindle but nothing beats the smell of a good book or is that just me? And then there's the lost art of letter writing.

Emails are so quick to type and instant to receive that putting pen to paper seems to be a rare thing these days. I love following The Reading Residence and her idea of bringing back paper. More people should follow this concept, I mean even just writing out a simple list instead of popping a memo on your phone!!

I recently bought myself a lovely letter writing set from paperchase with the promise to myself that I would start writing more letters, especially to my nana who I get to see so rarely because of not living close by.
