Making Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes with Cake Angels

A couple of months ago I was lucky enough to be sent a package full of baking goodies from Cake Angels. The girls and I love to make cakes together so when we were asked if we would like to try out their Ice Cream Cone Cupcake kit, I immediately said yes.

To our surprise when the parcel arrived, we didn't just receive the cupcake kit, oh no, there were lots of sprinkles, icing and royal icing decorations to help us get creative.

Coconut and Marshmallow Muffin Recipe

I was lucky enough to receive a selection of goodies from Cake Angels on Monday. This included icing, sprinkles, candles and marshmallows.

 The question was just what was I going to bake? I had a look through my cupboard at the other ingredients that I had and I decided to make coconut and marshmallow muffins, adapting a recipe for muffins that I had made before.
