Little Loves March

Hello everyone, another month over and done with so I'm back with some more Little Loves linking up with the lovely Coffee Work Sleep Repeat.

Read

Every month I struggle with this one because I write a 'what I read post at the start of each month I don't want to feel like I'm repeating myself. However I do have something a little different to mention this month and that comes in the shape of a peace of writing from my eldest daughter. It is something that she actually wrote around 4 years ago that her teacher happened to find amongst her things. Can't believe how well she wrote at the age of 7.

Watched

I finally got around to watching the wonder that is La La Land, so I'm now totally in love with Ryan Gosling! And I also finished watching the first season of This Is Us, such a powerful and emotional programme, I'd highly recommend it to everyone.

Heard

The one album I've listened to a lot this month is the new Ed Sheeran album Divide, he just has a way with both words and music, they really speak to you, an utter treat for the ears.

Made

I made these cookies after seeing the recipe on Healthy Little Foodies, a great healthy cookie that combines bananas, chia seeds and oats, makes for a great snack or a good addition to the kids lunch boxes.

Wore

I've been attempting to update my wardrobe with spring on the horizon and one of the new pieces of clothing I've fallen in love with is the off the shoulder top below. It's so comfy and can be dressed up or down.

And lastly...

I just wanted to give a little shout out to my husband who admittedly isn't the best when it comes to buying presents but he did good when he bought me these rings for Mother's Day.

  1. Ah, how cute to have those writings of your daughter's! The cookies look yummy - I'll have to look into those. And the rings (insert heart eye emoji)!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and a great start to the month of April.

  4. Wow that writing is amazing, it's lovely when you find something the children did when they were younger. Those cookies sound delicious I keep meaning to seek out some recipes that I can make with the children that are a bit healthier. #LittleLoves

  5. Ooh, great taste in film and TV! I loved La La Land too and need it on bluray ASAP - and a copy of the soundtrack. A framed poster wouldn't be bad either come to think of it. I've still got the season finale of This is Us to go. I hope I can hold it together!

  9. Love the top and ring is so trendy. Blue tops are all the rave and off the shoulder you hit it twice there. Can you believe I only just heard about Ed Sheeran I know where have I been hiding - under a rock I think! lol I love him now though. So sorry for the late comment I am playing catch up on today's and last weeks #littleloves. Better late than never I hope! Happy Weekend.
