A Personalised Experience with ASDA Photo

I make it no secret on my blog that I am a sucker for a good personalised product, especially when it involves being able to use photos of my friends and family to create those extra special gifts and unbeknownst to me, ASDA photo offer a huge variety of products. I'm almost embarrassed to say that I didn't even realise that ASDA even provided a photo service (obviously I do now.)

Last week I was kindly offered the chance to try out their services. In order to do this I was provided with two gift voucher codes that enabled me to purchase two of their items, this meant there was no cost to myself.

So I guess you're now wondering what kind of products do they have to offer? ASDA photo has a wide range of personalised products. These include:

Canvases
Cards
Calendars
Cushions
Photo books
Mugs

As well as other items which would be perfect for your home, office and kitchen areas or indeed as generous gifts for friends and family members.

Your space, your photos

All of these items allow you to capture all of your favourite moments in some unique and quirky ways.

In the end I finally decided on ordering a canvas print and one of their slate panel photos.

My Sunday Photo 2016 #5

I think the above photo somes up my week quite nicely. It has been a busy one filled with birthdays, friends and family and I will say that my mood has changed significantly from Monday to right now. At the start of the week I have to admit I felt rather down, it was my 2nd daughter's 8th birthday and after selling my last pushchair at the weekend, the feeling of my kids getting older too quick was quite over whelming for me.

My Sunday Photo 2016 #3

There seems to be a running theme this year when it comes to My Sunday Photo so far, the sky. I suppose the trouble is that we have been so cooped up due to the on going horrid weather that there isn't an awful lot else to photograph. But I'm not complaining because the view isn't a bad one at all, quite peaceful.

My Sunday Photo 2016 #2

I think this photograph manages to sum up our whole week. We have been so lucky weather wise in recent months, I mean up until now the temperatures have been oh so mild and most of us haven't had to contend with a lot of bad weather at all. January obviously decided to change things up a little.

Imprify Canvas Review

imprifyAt the beginning of the year I was given the opportunity to try out a new photo app, Imprify. The Imprify app very cleverly allows you to use photos off of your phone to create some wonderful products. When it was first started only photobooks could be made but they have since expanded and now you can create all sorts from magnets, to prints to wall art. I chose to design some wall art.

Costing 24,90E, these canvases from Imprify are different to others because they are printed on high quality wood panels.

You can choose to have a classic square which is what I opted for or you can make various size collages.

The process is still easy and very quick. Simply picking the images you want and then resizing them to fit as you wish. I'd say it took less than 5 minutes from start to finish, including typing in shipping information and payment details.

I submitted my order on the 23rd November and got a shipping notice on the 26th November so the printing process was relatively fast. What took a little time was delivery, I finally received my order on the 4th December so it took around a week from when I received my dispatch email but I'd say that is a standard waiting time.

Project 365 2015 Week 50

Week 50 of this years project 365, how did that happen? Well the count down to Christmas is well underway and we've been very busy with various school things, including going to see our local pantomime at The Marlowe Theatre, which was fantastic.

Onto this weeks photos…

Day 339

Gracie lost her second tooth, so she'll be asking for those front teeth for Christmas.

Project 365 2015 Week 49

I can't believe we've reached December, I feel like a broken record but seriously how fast has this year gone by!

This is a busy month for me, not just because of Christmas but the school seem to want to squeeze so much in to a couple of weeks, I'm not the best at remembering things normally so making sure the kids attend nativities, discos etc is tough.

Enough of my waffle onto this weeks project 365 post…

Day 332

We got the decorations out and Gracie found the Christmas dressing up clothes.

Project 365 2015 Week 48

December is nearly here and my eldest daughters birthday is quickly approaching too so this week has been all about present buying and lots of wrapping.

Day 325

Time for a Christmas coffee from Starbucks and they actually managed to spell my name right!

Project 365 2015 Week 47

Wow one week closer to Christmas and just over a week until my eldest turns 10. I've managed to finish my Christmas shopping this week and I have even started wrapping. But again my organisation didn't spread to project 365 so my photos are a bit rubbish, don't say I didn't warn you..

Day 319
I woke this one up for early morning cuddles.

Project 365 2015 Week 46

The weeks seem to be blending into one recently, everything is flying by so fast. Christmas is coming round quickly and big moments are creeping up. For example this week I applied for Layla's primary school place, it just doesn't seem possible! As for project 365 photos, they seem to be more indoor than out recently….

Day 312

My little brother was back for a visit and the girls were more than a tad excited, he didn't get a moments peace, roll on December when he is back for Christmas.
